Workout Accessories

1. Tennis Racquet

I’ve had this racquet for a few years now, and besides needing to put a new overgrip on it and restring it, I’ve never had a problem or wished it was better. When I got my racquet I has playing on my high school team, thus using it at least four days a week. I currently only play about one or two times a week, I’m playing as though I never even stopped.  I’m at least where I was when I left off, if not better!
2. Yoga Mat

I’m not sure of the brand? But it’s extra thick, I could take a nap here all day!
3. Blender Bottle

Anyone who uses preworkout powder, protein powder, or any type of powder that needs mixing must get one of these.
4. Preworkout Powder

I’m currently using Superdrive Watermelon flavour. While I like Superdrive, this flavor to me is awful. It reminds me of watermelon bubblegum, which was nor will it ever be “my thing”.
5. KT Tape

This tape has saved me so many times. I have an extra bone in my wrist which causes me problems when I do everyday tasks, and also any type of workout. So, I tape up my wrist and I gain so much stability and am able to go for longer. It’s also handy for taping up broken glasses.
